A non-refundable deposit is required when making a booking.

o   You will get a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If cancelling with less than 48 hours, the deposit will be lost.

o   If for any reason you need to reschedule, please contact me immediately. However, after the second time, a fee will occur.

o   No-shows, will lose their deposits and will not be rebooked by clinician. (Unless special circumstances)

Please note that in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, this costs the business but furthermore, it also stops other loyal customers from having the opportunity to make an appointment at that time.

My location dates and times are very limited. Therefore, I would ask to please be considerate and respectful of this.
